Check the Rhyme: An Anthology of Female Poets and Emcees- Poem "Musing"

musing a woman looking at me gazing

staring hair mingling with her smile

like old friends chatting perhaps I

should have gone natural perhaps I

should have married JC time would have

taught me to love him perhaps I should

have dreamed less turned my back on me

succumbing to kindred cries perhaps I

should have dreamed less as the woman

reflects regret and her images Mirage

one morning reaching to touch for tea

and it's dazzling likeness she sees

remorse disappear in her sunsets bloom
